The cooperative ASCISP, a collective of families from the Nasa We’sx indigenous people, have been sustainably growing and harvesting coffee in the Tolima region of Colombia since 2014. This particular natural processed coffee is carefully cultivated by the young people of the region in a way that both respects the environment it was grown in and that results in spectacular flavor. With notes of blueberry, strawberry, and clementine, it is well suited for pour-overs but works with all brewing methods.
